What we hold
Your account (email), your pension profile (countries, work periods, contribution years, optional salary inputs), the documents you upload, and product events such as consents and logins.
We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich your profile from third-party data brokers.
Controls you have today
Consent Center: turn document OCR and other optional processing on or off at any time; processing stops when consent is withdrawn.
Export: download a machine-readable copy of everything linked to your account.
Deletion: delete your account and its documents yourself; deletion is not gated behind a support ticket.
How your data is used
To build your pension picture and the indicative estimate, and to keep an audit trail of the actions taken on your own records.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your pension records to train third-party models. Document text is sent to our AI provider only when you have enabled OCR, for the purpose of reading that document.
What we cannot claim
We hold no external privacy certification, seal or audit report, and we do not display badges implying one. Where you need formal assurance, ask us and we will answer with what actually exists.
